How access works.
Can I manage existing CommerceVigil clients?
Yes. An agency can request access to an existing client workspace. Its owner or administrator must explicitly approve the link; Merchant data and ownership stay with the client.
Are client workspaces isolated?
Yes. Every client stays in an independent workspace with server-side authorization and tenant isolation.
Can clients access their own workspace?
Yes. Existing client members retain access to their own workspace; an approved agency link adds agency access without transferring ownership.
Can I add team members?
Agency Owners and Admins can add existing CommerceVigil users by their user ID and assign Owner, Admin, or read-only Analyst roles. Automatic invitation emails are not available.
Can I buy an Agency plan online today?
Yes. Choose Agency 5, 15, or 30, sign in, set up an Agency workspace, and continue to secure Stripe Checkout.
